I love this stuff. I have tried numerous products over the years to address my "sluggish system." I have never found anything that works as well as this. I don't see it as a weight loss product. It keeps me regular like clock-work. I use a generous well-rounded tablespoon 3 times a day, and I am "going" regularly. First time in my life!!! I highly recommend this product.

I have b en using this product for over 7 years! I had cancerous polyp in my colon in 2003. Unfortunately I am genetically predisposed to colon cancer and my family, mom and uncle all had it! Luckily I have no more occurrences of cancerous polyps since 2003. I believe it has to do with keeping my colon cleansed all the time. I take one table spoon in the morning or sometime before taking a heavy meal. I also stay away from red meat and smoking. You will noticed with after you take this product your bowl movement is so easy, you notice that a lot comes out with such a little pressure. Also I always have flat tummy! Anyway, I am so happy with this product and strongly recommend it.
