I purchased this mat with the understanding that it would be a good value for cheaper price. I was looking for a thicker mat that would add a bit more cushion to poses involving my knees. I was very disappointed to find that it is the exact thickness as my last mat (which is a generic mat purchased at a drugstore), and it is a lot more slippery than my last mat ever was. In the course of a yoga class, the mat gets squished down by my hands and feet and does not return to its original thickness until well after the class is over. I will likely donate this mat to someone else and resume the search for a better mat.

This mat is easy to roll, and it allows you to stick to the positions for yoga. I absolutely enjoy this mat, money well spent.

I was trying to use a regular work out mat for Yoga and it was slipping and ack so was I. The sticky surface on the Yoga mat is wonderful!! It's a perfect size for all the postures, can be taken anywhere as it folds up nicely. It is an excellent thickness for my needs and so comfortable. I am very happy I purchased it.

Great mat. It is just as described. It's a little bit thicker than my 1/8" mat and is very sticky. Can't beat the price.

This mat is very long - two children could use it @ the same time - which is longer than needed. Also it says extra thick - it is as thin or thiner than every yoga mat i've used plus if you sweat @ all its like doing yoga on a slip 'n slide. I gave it away and went back to using the floor.

Product is indeed thick and works great. There was a little mix up on my shipping address and the mat was delay. The customer service people not only rushed my mat to me but also refunded my shipping. I thought that was going above and beyond for the customer and really impressed me! Thanks!

This is a great mat - a little thicker than others I've seen. Surface is comfortable and works well for yoga or other exercising.

I bought this because I needed some comfort but the product was a little thin. I did recieve it on time and the overall quality is good though.

I like my yoga mat and it arrived safely wrapped and shipped in an interestingly shaped box.
