This DVD begins with compound moves to heat the body followed by a step-assisted stretch. The 2-part warm-up is followed by floor work for the hips, thighs & front, back & sides of the torso. Exercises include multi-limb calisthenics, Pilates & yoga. A giant, Non-Dominant super-set trains the weak side of the body first, then repeats on the dominant side. The workout concludes with yoga asanas & relaxation (5 min). Exercises include multi-limb calisthenics, Pilates & yoga. Equipment: 14" box, light dumbbells, a towel & optional ankle weights.

Susan Harris is an awesome instructor. I love this workout and was glad I could find it in DVD format!! Light airy background---kinda like old style firm workouts. AWESOME!!!

Not picking on Tamela Hastie, though I do prefer this original to the remake. Susan Harris is such a mature, soothing instructor. I also prefer the added hand weight movements that are missing from the newer version. I feel more thoroughly worked out. Great 45 min. workout which will leave you relaxed and tired in a good way.

I've ordered this twice now and don't know why they don't pull it, because it must have been discontinued
