5 stars for the super awesome seller

I originally left a lower review because I unluckily received a defective product.

However it was clear that the company is very honest and helpful. A staff proactively contacted me via email after seeing my original review and offered to send me a replacement right away. They sent one out via OVERNIGHT SHIPPING to help correct my problem asap. This is the single BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received. Sellers can't always prevent mistakes, but great Sellers make their customers feel good about the mistake.

I purchased this item when it was sold by SF.ALLRETIRE and the order was shipped by amazon so it was shipped under the prime shipping feature. Amazon shipped it faster than normal, which was great because my other AC adapter just died and I did not have any battery left on my HP TX 2000z laptop. The box part of the adapter with all the bar codes and symbols on the back looks exactly like the original adapter from HP that cam with my laptop. The cord from the power source to the adapter has 3 prongs and is less than 12 inches shorter than my original adapter. The cord that comes from the box and connects to my computer is less than 2 inches shorter than my original adapter and fits into my laptop perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase and would buy from this seller again.

Originally, gave it 2 stars. the length of the cord made it almost useless. Now 3 months later, the connector into the laptop is really picky. you have to get the cord in there just right. the connector to the cord is really flimsy and hardly works now. This "knockoff" does not last.

Arrived on time. It works, and has been working for a while. The only issue is that the cord is way too short. its about half the length of the original. now i have to carry an extension cord or sit right by an outlet.
