I purchased this skateboard for my 14 year old grandson for Christmas. It was the ONLY skateboard he wanted, and he loves it. I ordered it very close to Christmas, and was anxious about the delivery, but it was delivered on time, and I even got a personal phone call from Original, letting me know that although there were some issues due to bad weather at various locations, my item would arrive on time, and it did. I liked the personal touch.
