This is a great travel back support since one can blow it up and then let out the air and roll up. I also like that I can blow it up more or less depending on the seat I am sitting in. I also use it at my computer chair at home. I think the dimensions need to be stated. I thought it was going to be half the size than it is. So I will state the dimensions....15-1/4" in length at center and 6-1/4" in width at center.

this item is perfect ! i recently had back surgery in feb '08 and needed lower lumbar support...its so portable. perfect for the movies, meetings, planes, the car which is where i leave mine. i may order another one.

Be aware that this small pillow is just plastic with an old-fashioned inflation valve (not shown). The pillow is fine, but slips around easily. I made a fleece cover with an elastic-velcro band for it.
