Pretty good piece. Serves it purpose. I have owned a few Motorola bluetooth devices and just like the others, it has a tendency to slip out of your ear, its not very stable. However the clarity is pretty good and for the $15 I bought it for is a pretty good deal

This headset is a little big but hooks well around ear. Sound is good in quality and volume and no one has complained about hearing me. Lasts a long time before charging. The only negative is the button sometimes slides on when it is in my pocket

I bought this as a replacement for the older version I had. Friends say it's clear and not muffled like so many. I agree as I've listened to it from someone elses phone. It comes with 1 thing that goes around your ear. So, if it doesn't fit or feel good to you...you'll have to buy some extras. It feel good to me and sticks close to my face. The older version you could press the Button easily to disconnect. This you have to press the item against your face a bit, OR use your index finger as you use your thumb to press it..with a little more pressure than I expected. I'm cool with that..some may not be. It doesn't always charge completely. The charge light will go be off, disconnect it, and reconnect. It'll charge for a bit more. So, to get 8+ hours from it, you should check it. It could be a defect in the one I bought. Personally, the clarity is worth it. I also have another. :) I don't use the phone that much anyway, I'm not a gabber or into lots of drama or melodrama. The only one I use and feel comfortable that the person on the other end of the call is hearing me as well as I hear them. Great model!

This product didnt work and when the company contacted me about me writing a review about their product, I agreed to take this offline in exchange for a new one. Well, several weeks have now gone by and I have yet to receive my new headset. This is very bad business if you know what I mean

My kids love it! They thank me all the time becuase they are able to communicate with friends while playing.

I have had this bluetooth before for about two years I have put it through so much! It is durable and it is the best bluetooth I have ever had! I have switched phones a few times and it has been compatible with EVERY ONE Even my Droid, after having my first H555 for years it finally died completely, they stopped selling them at the store where I got it from and was worried because none of the other ones I have tried worked, this one is PERFECT! My Husband who also has a droid told me that when I ordered the new H555 to order him one as well.

It doesn't fit well (even though it comes with 3 different adapters), people are always telling me that I'm breaking up, while the phone is right next to me, and now I'm getting static. It is very frustrating to use.

I found this "gem" at a Wal-mart, which should have been my first clue to quality. It will not stay on your head unless you don't move....AT ALL. The sound quality is decant unless your walking in which case whoever you are talking too complains of "wind noise". Heaven forbid you are ACTUALLY out side and there is a light breeze, then they can't hear anything BUT wind. All in all a waste of money.
