There were other muck boots in my past. Then these muck boots came into my life and my feet were finally happy going out in the snow/mud/rain. I bought my first pair eight years ago, and although a little pricey, they are definitely worth it. I got my monies worth out of them. They lasted for 8 years wearing them every day, twice a day in every kind of weather to go out and feed my horses/donkey/goats and to also walk my dogs in lousy weather. Sometimes I walk in mud almost a foot deep in spots and my feet stay toasty and dry. In the winter I use them when shoveling or snowblowing. I love them because you just pull them on - no laces to tie, nothing to zip. These are all one piece too so no soles to come off, which happened to me with my previous pair. When it's warmer outside, I just come back to the house and rinse them off under the hose and we're good.

The Muckboot is easy to put on and keeps feet warm and dry. Great for winter work in the snow.

Purchased these boots from a local farm store. To wear around the farm in the spring when its muddy. Normal wear and they cracked out on the left boot. Seams are also coming unglued. Boot is a joke, not water proof. E-mail the company two times about warranty on the boots as they were 3 months old. No answer both time. Called and they said the would not warranty the boots or replace. Won't do business with this company. No customer support on boots.

I live on ten acres, a lot of it clay mud. I also have five horses. Do I have muck, you bet you. I'm on the plains of Colorado so the temperature goes from -17 in the winter to over 100 degrees in the summer. I wear them almost all year round every single day. The horses have accidentally stepped on them and, although they aren't made for protection they do give me some and, in the winter, my feet have never been cold no matter what the temperature. Wearing them as I do I buy a pair about every two years but I don't think any other boot would stand up to the way I use them. Can't say enough good things about them.

I was concerned about the fit, since I have a wide foot, but it fits really well. It is heavier than I expected, but does keep my feet dry. I do like the boot. I have to wade through a puddle during the rainy days we have here in SoCal & I really needed something I could walk thru & not track it into the house.

I could say these boots are the Sherman Tank of Boots, but today's yoot wouldn't understand. I just gave away my Timberland lace-ups and bought these bad boys. No bending to take off or put on. Pants get tucked in and I'm off into the disgusting gray/brown snow of NYC. They are comfortable and you don't have to think twice about a bottomless icy puddle. What is there to think about? BUY THEM!!!

Outstanding muck boots...the originals. Well insulated so my feet are warm even at 0 outside. Very easy to put on and comfortable. Have only had them 4 months but wear them every day to my barn and they show no signs of wear.

I bought these instead of the bogs brand since I needed them fast and Amazon didn't have my size in the Bogs brand. I received them and was initally impressed with the look and feel. I did find it odd there were no insoles. I am a shoe freak who buys wayyy to many shoes but I have never seen that! So I wear them for the first time for approx. two hours outside in snowy Chicago weather. Not only are they the most uncomofortable boot I have ever bought they also had an odd twisting feeling in the right boot. After getting home and checking them out they already wear on the back right heel. After two hours in snow? Combine that with how uncomfortable they were I think it best to steer clear of these! Thankfully, Amazon has an air-tight return policy to cover this situation. Sucks though because I initially loved the look of these.

Hands down these started as 5 star boots. What went wrong? Well, it seems that after a couple of years, the top of the boots tends to separate from the soles. When this happened to my boots, I attempted to contact the manufacturer to report the problem and discovered that there is no customer service. Not "bad" customer service, but non-existent customer service. Nada. I'm kind of old fashioned that way. I would like a company to stand behind its products and prefer not to do business with companies that don't.

These boots are nice. I have a different style of muck boot and I love them. Bought these for my mom for Christmas as she has been wanting a shorter boot and these are perfect.
