I started taking this product for a mycoplasma infection and the bonus result was my menopause symptoms went away and so I am off hormones.

Well, maybe that's a little bit over the top. But not by much... I take two of these in the morning, and one at night before going to bed, when I've had a really hard day. And I honestly cannot function with out them (and my other supplements IE: Grape seed extract, Zinc, Pumpkin Seed, ETC...). On the few days I forget to take these, I feel tired, run down and head achy. Trust me, buy the book that talks about this product and talk to your doctor (not to be used with blood thinners & anti-biotics). It's worth looking into.

I have been using this product for years. Just happened to find it here a bit cheaper than at my normal source. It is a good product to help boost the immune system.
