Well it just arrived. It's on charge right now. Looks great. Shipping was as stated. When you pay extra for the fast shipping they deliver on time. Well done amazon. OK now for the heli. I gave ot a quick test before I put it on the charger. This thing is fast. Not sure how it handles yet. I'll know more before the day is done and I will post that too. One thing I noticed so far is that when you plug in the usb cord it doesn't light up like the Syma 107s does. It lights up when you plug the heli into it. Not sure what the deal is there.

I like it. It's not easy to control but you can get the hang of it sooner or later.just takes time. I'd buy it again. I's not too good for a kid but it's a great challenge tofly.

Fly time is about as expected. Around 5-7 min. Not bad. Very durable. Tough little bird. I'll add more later if need be but as I see it this is a good buy for someone with experience or who wants a challenge. I'll give it 3.5 stars for now.

It had a problem with the bottom rotor not working so I looked in the back of the heli and allI had to do was realign the two gears and we're up and flying again. If you hit the ground hard thengears will get out of alignment. Fixed it good as new. Decided to up my rating to 4 stars for now. But still wouldn't get this heli for a child with no time on something a little easier.

I think this awesome! My son and daughter love it but I have had one problem, the gear controlling the lift slides out. Its very tiny so i have to make sure i watch where I wreck. still good though.

it looks super cool but the flight isn't that good. Sometimes it dosn't fly because the balance bar is in between the blades. the roll left and roll right are very slow and you probably won't use it much. so get it if you want a cool looking heli, but if you are looking for good flight get something else.

Completely love this Micro Heli. The flight itself is very easy to get a hang of once you get enough practice with the helicopter. The hardest thing is to learn take off and throttle control, just remember to make very small increments in your movement for height adjustment, and keep in mind that when you are using the Gyro & Side rotors it pulls more battery, so you WILL have to adjust in flight.

This is a perfectly priced and an excellent Heli to get yourself trained and prepared for the larger ones. I just bought a KA 50 black shark, and can't wait till the winter is over so I can get some flight time with it.

this was my very first rc heli. everyone i work with has syma 107g's and i wanted to try something different after flying theirs. the first day i got this one of the drive gears slipped off and luckily stayed in the heli so it didnt get lost. after taking the bottom out i was able to glue it back one. then a couple flights later one of the weights on the balance bar came off. after finding it i glued it back on but it came off again and flew off to god knows where. i ended up rolling electrical tape around that end until i got it to balance. then one of the pegs on the top cap at the top of the main shaft that lines the top rotors broke off causing toilet bowl effect. after taking that all apart and regluing it back it flew good until my fiance crashed it into the ground and left the throttle on, burning up the bottom motor. be aware that the throttle is a dead stick (no spring return) and when the heli gets out of range (which is very short) there is no throttle cutout, so it will stay at full throttle until you run back into range. fun for the couple days, it lasted, and very educational because you'll spend most of your time working on it...

I have purchased 4 Avatar Heli's and I've enjoyed them all. The first Avatar was yellow and flew well, but did not come with an USB charging cord, so batteries were the only option. After about 4 months of flying this heli off and on, it now refuses to charge at all. The second Avatar was dark blue and it flew well for about a month until one day the tiny gear fell off the lower rotor motor and was lost. I've tried to find a replacement gear everywhere, but they are only for sale if you buy the motor also, which comes to about $10 bucks, not worth it for a $25 dollar heli. The third Avatar was light blue and it came with an USB charging cord and an A/C adaptor. This was a very nice package and the heli still flies great several months later. My fourth Avatar was a red and it was shipped from china for $20 total purchase price. This heli came with the USB charging cable and flies great right out of the box. It took 8 weeks to arrive from China however.
The first controller came with two buttons that controled the outrigger blades. This worked very well and the heli had excellent controled banking left or right. The last 3 controllers came with the outrigger control integrated into the right stick. This makes it much harder to control the outriggers and I find myself almost never using them.
Overall, I like the Avatar heli's, but I think the most you will get out of any of them is about 6 months of flying.

The Product shipped really as stated on the product review, I am e very beginner and I am really satisfied with the design. It is hard to control it though, but I've seen progress on a very first day. I really want to go outside and try it, but I am being patient with it, it's my first time using it and I don't want to break it by any means. A small complain is that Calibration takes to long, I don't know if it was designed this way but I turn on the Helicopter first and wait for couple seconds and turn ON the remote and it works fine, otherwise it doesn't. Overall I am very satisfied with the product even though I'm a beginner....My suggestion is: if you like the design, it's worthy to buy it.....
