I can't say enough good things about this toolbox. It exceeded really my expectations and I couldn't be happier. My husband and I had just purchased the same like toolbox, only Craftsman, and my Original Pink Box is SOOOO much better. It came with the drawer liners (in pink of course) and with my husband's Craftsman we had to buy the liners separate. The caster's are leaps and bounds better. They are more industrial, come with stronger wheel locks and unlike the Craftsman, they have grease fittings/zerks. I restore muscle and classic cars as a hobby and demand more of my tools and toolboxes than the average woman. This is an excellent product and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It also comes in a vibrant lime green too so the fellas don't have to get it in pink.

I received this tool chest last year. I really liked it and have filled it up already, but the problem that I encountered after I ordered it was that when it was shipped, it somehow was bent so the bottom drawer doesn't fully close. They aren't sent in a secure box and packing so be aware that it may come to you with some dents. It was shipped through UPS. They torn the box which exposed the tool chest. They tried to put the box back together just so they could say that it shipped in the box. You might want to send a note to the seller asking for more secure shipping material and possibly you can suggest that they use another shipping company. I know that Amazon uses other smaller shipping companies. For another order, I called the small company that Amazon used for that order and made a request to deliver my package a specific way. They were very accommodating. Amazon is great and I always receive quality service from them. Maybe this was a fluke but I wanted to share this information so that you are able to plan in advance. I really like this product. When I received it without the keys or the bolts for the wheels. Amazon did everything that they could to help me with this problem. The supervisor was checking to see if everything was going well and I did not answer the phone at that time and he did call back the next day. I thought that was good service. They did over and beyond what they could do to make me satisfied.

I purchased this as a beauty tool chest. It fits all my irons, blow dryer, hot rollers, and tons of makeup. It work beautifully (the drawers open and close with ease) and it's super cute!

MY PINK BOX IS STURDY, EASY TO ROLL, PRETTY, THE DRAWERS ARE EASY TO OPEN AND I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I AM 52 YEARS OLD AND RECENTLY WIDOWED, I HAD TOOLS SPREAD EVERYWHERE, BUT NOW THEY ARE ALL ORGANIZED AND I CAN FIND THEM QUICK. BUT THE BEST PART IS THAT I HAVE MY VERY OWN PINK, PRETTY TOOL BOX!!!!!

I purchased this pink 5 drawer rolling cabinet along with a matching pink 3 drawer tool chest for my wife's birthday. The rolling cabinet itself as physically OK, but the packaging from the manufacturer was totally inadequate. The bottom of the box was falling apart when the box was being taken off the UPS truck. The keys for the cabinet were missing along with 16 bolts and washers to connect the casters to the bottom of the cabinet and two screws were missing making it impossible to secure one handle to the chest. We returned the cabinet to Amazon because of the missing keys, bolts, washers and screws. Amazon quickly agreed to replace the item for my wife and arranged to have UPS pick up the cabinet we were returning the next day. Very good customer service from Amazon, but the packaging from the manufacturer is totally inadequate. In my opinion Amazon should have packaged the cabinet in a much better insulated box to make sure we received all of the items necessary to put the handles and casters on the cabinet and make sure the keys were not lost.

We received the replacement pink 5 drawer rolling cabinet two days after returning the first one. Unfortunately the second cabinet was damaged along the entire top back side of the cabinet, the back right corner was damaged, and the top of the cabinet was wavy from the damage to it. We are returning this cabinet to Amazon too because it is damaged.

Because of our poor experience with Amazon shipping these tool boxes to us, we are seeking a refund for both pink tool cabinets and will purchase them elsewhere. The packaging from the manufacturer is totally inadequate to protect these heavy cabinets. In fact, we will not buy anything that is heavy from Amazon again because of our poor experience with the packaging of these cabinets.

Amazon gets an "A" for customer service but the manufacturer gets an "F" for woefully inadequate packaging. We do not trust Amazon's packaging department to ship these cabinets to us undamaged and with everything we need to put them together.

Product was shipped to my house and after opening, it appears it was damaged in shipment. The entire cabinet is warped to the point the drawers are difficult to open, a couple of huge dents and scratches in the finish. I will be sending this item back ASAP. As much as it cost to ship I expect not to have this kind of damage. I am looking at other sources to purchase this item after returning it.
