About the Author

Marvin Ross first began writing humor in the late 1970s with the publication of Cover Your Ass or How to Service in a Government Bureaucracy using the pseudonym of Bureaucrat X. He then wrote Daddy Dearest: A Guide for First Time Father and Sorry Daddy: A Father's Guide to Toddlers, which was followed by Reigning Cats and Dogs, an earlier version of this book. Davi Shaw illustrated all of these books. Ross then switched into more serious topics and became a medical specialist, but recently re-found his sense of humor and revised and expanded Reigning Cats and Dogs.
