I bought 3 of these for a preschool setting, and they're super tough! While they're rated to 150 pounds, they can take at least 200 without squatting or showing other signs of stress; in fact, on the first day the first one was out, all of the adult staff had to try it out first, "to show the kids!" LOL I then bought more, figuring that how often do you find toys that both preschoolers and staff can ride on?! Most of these preschoolers have disabilities, but even those without enough strength to push themselves enjoy being pushed on these, because the smooth bearings make for a great ride on the smooth, flat surface of the "gym." Kids with splints or whose legs are too short can ride with their feet on the T-bar connecting the handlebars and, again, enjoy a great ride.

I have to say, however, being of the old, stiff, and fat sort of human, that I wish Mason would make a bigger, taller model for us adult types. The current seat is just right for large and small behinds, but not the legs!

Edit: I've since found it useful to cross my legs at the ankles, then put them on the rollers. It "shortens" my legs without having to cut them off at the knees. :D I'm about 5'8". Other staffers were racing each other on the Roller Racers last week, so it IS possible!!

This is the same item from years gone by...my kids had one of these and loved it till they wore it out after years of play...bought one for my granddaughter, trying to recreate the moment, and hope she loves it as much as my kids did. Very sturdy and well built. Hoping for more years to come with this great ride-on toy!

I had one of these when I was a kid and it was SO FUN! I still remember... They are GREAT at tennis courts! If you have enough money definitely get one of these for your kids.. Probably age 5+ and you will want to ride it too! I'm nearly 30 and I want one!!!

great item for children and adults who are children at heart. arrived in time for christmas to make a very special present. the company were very helpful when trying to order this directly from them, and put me on to amazon instead who were cheaper because they buy in bulk and charge less for shipping

My sister,brother, and I all had one when we were kids. We still have fun talking and laughing about these things. They are great! I wish I still had mine, but I'm definately going to get one for my son when he gets big enough!

I had a roller racer when I was in elementary school and loved it! I am now a mother of a 13 month old and want to be outside with her but get bored having nothing to do outside. My mother just found it in the shed, so I am looking forward to having it back for some more years of fun. I highly recommend it.

We purchased two of these a few months ago and they are very sturdy and great fun for both kids and adults. Some of our neighbors have them as well so we have a cul-de-sac full of roller racers. I plan to keep them for my kids' kids to use years from now. They are that good.

Study construction. The kids ride them all over the basement in the winter and outside in the summer. I just wish they made them for adults because they look like fun.
