The shipper was very on the ball, but I found the fact you had to unlace all your shoe laces to put the darn thing on a bit of a pain, especially when you switch between more than 1 pair.
I do understand the rationale of of the issues with Velcro types accuracy,or not being snug to the laces, but I did not find this the case in either this product or the one by Marware.
As far security, I can understand where others have had the velcro pop open, I just have not. However, I also do not run in the wet elements, so this might occur in those environments.
So, for me I have decided to leave this one on 1 pair of shoes and the velcro on the other and just switch the chip from each holding case.
I do not find the accuracy in either any different, it is just a personal choice and my recommendation would be for each person to try these two out and decide for themselves. Both are good, in my mind.
