This is the original car adapter/charger for the Magellan RoadMate. The adapter works fine, charges the unit as intended, but the design on the adapter 12V end of the plug is flawed. The 12V plastic casing around the electrical conductor can break off inside your 12V car adapter. It happened to me and several others that purchased the RoadMate unit. I won't be replacing mine with this cable.

So far, no problems with it! Works fine with my Magellan 4250, esp after the original one got dysfunctional. Definitely cheaper than buying the stock name brand.

Very good product, works like the original (that got lost). Much better than previous cheaper replacement, that didn't fit tight in the USB minijack and caused screen flashing and power outs.

This works and my GPS is back to life again !!!! Great Product and worth it..The Cord is big enough and looks good...This product is much better than the 4$ one's sold here or the 25-30$ one's sold at RadioShack/Walmart/Best-Buy. The seller is awesome in service and would definitely recommend. Thank You International GPS.

Bought as a replacement when the original one broke. It work great and was a great value for the price!

If the cord that arrived at my house was the cord pictured, then I would have given this review 5 stars. Instead, I received a different cord that doesn't fit in my Magellan 1470. I need the mini USB and the one that arrived had the regular round end to plug into the GPS unit. I gave one star because I don't think you can post a review with no stars. Epic Fail!

This cord work efficiently and effectively. I plugged it in easily and it was ready to use. The cord slides in better than the original.

Works great. The light on the cigarette lighter plug is brighter then the one that came with the GPS in the first place. Would buy again. Fast Shipping.

i order a changer for a magellam 2035 gps unit. the one sent will work but it will hookup to the mount like the one i had this will not work with my mount.

it works well~~~totally fit for my magellan GPS and it is smaller than the original one. I like it. lol
