Product Description

YogaToes® are ergonomic toe stretchers loved the world over. Countless people have experienced incredible results: Bunions undone. Foot pain vanished. Injuries re-set. Just check out our reviews! We've gotten testimonials from diverse groups of people: construction workers, nurses, teachers, athletes, and a few celebrities along the way - they all love YogaToes®! Created to revolutionize how we care for our feet, you simply slip them on and YogaToes® do all the work! A vacation for your feet. It's an easy and effective way to condition and strengthen this often overlooked part of the body. The patented design of YogaToes® works between, above and beneath the toes to gently spread them apart and away from the balls of your feet - providing the same exercise you get when walking barefoot. Being in shoes or high heels all day can really take a toll on your feet. And luckily, YogaToes® work to reverse these effects by making muscles more flexible and resilient. We recommend starting slowly, only wearing YogaToes® for 10-15 minutes a day. Once that begins to feel comfortable, gradually work up to wearing YogaToes® at least 1 hour per day. *30-Day Money Back Guarantee. *YogaToes® are made in the U.S.A. of high quality medical-grade, BPA-free gel. Important Information

Safety Information
As with any exercise regimen, use moderation and common sense. If you have severe foot conditions, ask your doctor if YogaToes are right for you. YogaToes cannot be worn with shoes. For your personal safety, walking in YogaToes is not recommended.

Indications
Prevention and Treatment for Bunions, Hammer Toes, Plantar Fasciitis, Foot Pain, Diabetic Feet, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), Poor Circulation, Heel Spurs, Claw Toes, Bunionettes, Mallet Toes

Directions
* Start slow. Begin wearing the YogaToes® for 10-15 minutes a day & build gradually up to an hour or more. * Yoga Toes should fit close to the webbing between your toes. * For optimum results, use YogaToes® consistently. Original YogaToes are made in three (3) sizes: EXTRA SMALL, SMALL & MEDIUM. Going up in size, the width & amount of gel separating the toes increases. If you're on the cusp between two sizes, it's usually best to choose the smaller. *** YogaToes® might be uncomfortable at first. This most often means your feet really need them! As soon as you put them on, you will feel your feet responding. Pay attention to your feet - we are so used to foot pain, we tend to ignore it. ***

Over the course of 2 years, I managed to heal a bunion by using pedicure toe separators - the foam ones the salon puts between your toes when they polish them. I would also put a makeup sponge between my big toe and the one next to it. This has been working really well for me, and my smaller bunion vanished completely, while the larger one shrunk substantially and most of the pain went away. (My bunion was caused by pointy-toed shoes.) The pedicure toe separators cost only about a dollar for a pair of them.

While I was doing that, I made such great progress with my healing that I decided to up the ante and try something made more specifically for my purpose. So I decided to try Yoga Toes.

Well, they do separate my toes. The space between each toe on the Yoga Toes is wider than that on the pedicure separator, which gives my foot more of a stretch, and that's probably not a bad thing. However, considering that the Yoga Toes are priced at appx $40 per pair, they're not enough better than the pedicure toe separator to justify the exorbitantly higher price. I could get an equally good stretch for a much lower price by using cheap cosmetic sponges between each toe.

I shopped further, and discovered foot alignment socks which are much more reasonably priced (around $5-$10 here on Amazon), and equally effective for me. Look for brand names such as Comfy Toes or Happy Feet (or their imitators) - see Comfy Toes Foot Alignment Socks (Small/Medium) . They keep my foot warmer (which is good) than Yoga Toes because they cover the back of the foot and ankle with warm fabric.

I wear my Yoga Toes at night while watching TV. I'm not cured yet but I can now feel my hammer toe touching the ground and it is getting straighter.

They feel a bit strange at first, but your feet end up more flexible and happy. Do your feet a favor.

My feet ached after every day at work, even when I wore my comfortable shoes- and I work at a desk! I have awful bunions. It was unbearable pain. I found these, and seriously changed the quality of my foot life. No, you can't walk in them. Yes, they look- and feel- weird. But oh my god they feel amazing too. At first, I couldn't wear them but for a minute or two. Now, I wear them for 30 minutes. The longer I stretch my toes, the happier my feet are. And for all those people who say wear the pedicure separators- no. There is a marked difference between YogaToes and flimsy pedicure things. YogaToes are far far more substantial- and actually stretch out your muscles and tendons. If your feet ache badly enough that you consider these, then you need them.

Okay, I've been on Yoga Toes for almost one year, and I am addicted, and absolutely know that they indeed work.
They have made such a difference in my toes and feet, as well as my overall posture; I am now able to move as I did 15 years ago, before my plantar problems slowed me down.
My hammer toes are now almost completely straight, except the pinkies, at this point.

The first few times I wore these things, they hurt like hell. After that, it was a progressive appreciation for them. Now I can't wait to put them on.

A couple of tips from my experience:
-For people with longer toes... move them up after wearing for a while.
-Instead of water before putting them on, use lotion feet for double benefit.

I have to admit when I first got them I could only use them 2-3minutes at a time. Up to ten minutes now and look forward to coming home from work and slipping them on. They stretch out the feet and it feels great. Just takes time adjusting to them. Def would recommend buying this product!!

I am extremely skeptical about things like these, and I NEVER write reviews! I read as many reviews as I could, tried to find as many before and after pictures as possible.. (barely any) but I went ahead and bought them out. Since I was little I participated in lots of track/sports events, and definitely wore shoes that were too small. (being a weird kid) I developed bunions and my feet did start to hurt as I got older. I've barely had these for... about 1 week, and I'm really happy so far! I wore them for about 30 min-2 hours at most a day because I wanted to see results asap.. after they really start to hurt. BUT I can sooo see a difference! My toes are starting to align better and my feet feel so much more stretched out and loose. I hope to continue to see progress until everything is completely straight, or to however the best it can be. Super exciting, I would recommend!

YogaToes have improved the overall feel of my toes after using them for a little over a month now. I have a small bunion starting to form on my right foot from previous shoes I used to wear. The bunion is still there, but I feel like these have stretched my toes enough to make my foot more comfortable when I have to wear closed toe shoes, and my toes are straighter. It didn't take long for me to go from just a few minute a day to an hour or more per day. I usually put them on without water which is a little bit of a challenge but not too bad. I also feel like they have improved the health of the big toe joint. It used to crack and pop a lot when I would manually stretch it. Now it barely makes a sound so that means it's being stretched out enough and not tightening up. I recommend YogaToes to anyone! It's not a miracle, but I think it's helped my feet feel better overall. In the picture, the leftmost picture is my foot when I first got YogaToes, on the right picture, this is as of today. My big toe is straighter and my bunion appears lessened! (April 6th to May 21st)
