I inspected the item & it appears to be of average quality. I will update this to see how this items holds up as a waterproof cover for my bicycle seat. I have gone through two lycra covers & they both sucked. Lycra can not stand up to the harsh winds, suns rays, and heavy storms we get out in the bush. I am taking advice from another cyclist, "stop wasting money, buy a shower cap & it will last all summer". I hope it works, I don't care what it looks like, just want a dry saddle when it's time to ride.
