Historical account of Rwandan Genocide,

A thorough investigation that describes the various elements that culminated in the Rwandan Genocide. This book is written from a historical perspective. While the author's personal feelings are transparent, is is not enough to derail the conversation from history beginning with Belgian occupation. In fact, it is not until the Conclusion that the author describes detailed accounts of atrocities. It is at times dry, but a necessary read if you are interested in the Rwandan Genocide.
