Great product at a great price.
Was looking for a starter set of binoculars for a friend. I was in a hurry so he could use them to spot the comet Holmes while it was visible. The price and quality were within my budget, so I went for a pair. Delivery was quick and my friend viewed the comet for the first time. A life changing experience for him. Poor quality
I purchased this in December 2009 and by June 2010 it was out of alignment and needed repair. They have never been dropped and only used by myself and my wife. I make my living with a microscope and I know how to take care of optical instruments. Orion recommended a repair person but have not said that they will pay for the repairs. They advertise a 1 year warranty. I...

I purchased this in December 2009 and by June 2010 it was out of alignment and needed repair. They have never been dropped and only used by myself and my wife.
