Editorial Reviews

Review

This is a wondrous novel and the Irish voice is spot on, I know here is a truly marvelous novel, witty, moving, compelling and that elusive ingredient, sheer readability. Loved it! --KEN Bruen, Irishman and author of Bust; and many other great hardboiled novels

6 of 7 people found the following review helpful By Glenda G W North on January 9, 2012
Format: Paperback
Austin Camacho takes an unlikely duo -- Morgan Stark, a tough African-born muscle man with a background as a mercenary, and Felicity O'Brien, a red-headed Irish-American lass who quit at the top of her game as a jewel thief -- and teams them up for another high-energy escapade. This time the adventure starts when Felicity's uncle Sean's church is bombed -- while he is in the middle of conducting service.

The skill sets Morgan and Felicity bring to this partnership are complementary, as are their personalities. Neither is boss; either can lead, depending on need.

The Orion Assignment is a well-told tale of danger, intrigue, capture, escape, bullets and bombs -- it'll keep you biting your nails right to the end.

Good characters that you get attached to, very credible story line. Full of action with very bad villains. Looking forward to read more of Austin's books.

This is a good read. I would highly recommend this book if you have read the Hannibal Jones books. The story moves fast and kept me reading at a fast pace.
