We've packaged our Apex 102mm Mak spotting scope with our sturdy but smooth-panning new VersaGo mount, and the combination is simply a joy to use. And so very portable. The telescope's 12"-long optical tube houses 102mm (4") Maksutov optics with an amazing 1,300mm focal length for sharp, high-power images. Teflon bearings on both axes glide the telescope effortlessly wherever you aim it. The foam-grip panning shaft and oversized aluminum tensioning knobs give you fine positioning and tracking control. The elegantly simple mount lets you simply enjoy the fantastic views through the telescope. Includes an aluminum tripod with accessory tray, 45-deg correct-image diagonal, 6x26 correct-image finder scope, 25mm (52x) interchangeable Plossl eyepiece, and carrying case for the telescope tube. One-year limited warranty.
