Product works great. Comes with a usb cable and an AC adapter (ac only required if it is not connected to a computer). Fits my AT&T Tilt2 perfect (centered miniusb connector, won't work for some other carriers). Works very well, it's exactly what I wanted. Like many other products like this, the LCD light is bright enough to be seen from space, but a little electrical tape over it and it's not an issue. I might well get another for home to match the one at the office.

This is a good stand for the AT&T Tilt2. The base is heavy enough to ensure the phone won't tip over, though I would have preferred some kind of rubber padding at the bottom to prevent it from sliding. The phone is tilted at a great angle for viewing and the connection is solid once the phone is inserted. Connecting the phone takes a little bit of practice to get the angle just right. The extra battery charger works as advertised. Overall a good product.

It arrived as promised and looks good. It's stylish and charges my phone and extra battery. I'm really not sure what the neckstrap is for though, but it's a nice touch, I guess. Charges appear to be a trickle charge and can get your battery meter to 100% quickly, but I've noticed it still takes about three hours for a full charge that actually turns your light from red to green.

When I first saw this, I thought the price had to be a misprint. It's a GREAT price for the unit. And another poster noted, it's about 1/3 of the cost of other units from other sellers.

I use it. When I'm at my desk, I dock my phone. I use My Mobiler [...] to access the screen from my computer. I use ActivSync. And other synch tools.

And when I want to go, I just lift it off the cradle and away I go. And I can always take a spare battery with me, should I need to use it for a long time. (I sometimes run conference calls why on a walk!)

It's a brilliant solution to a common problem. It makes the data available, It charges the unit. And it charges a spare battery at the same time.

Very happy with this purchase and need to order a second one. Comes packaged with USB cable and power supply. The LEDs are so bright they nearly burned a hole in my bedroom ceiling. Well, they aren't that bright, but they did bother my wife. Ceiling shadow puppet shows are an option with this cradle. However a little electrical tape solves the problem.

I've tried others, most of which are flimsy and unreliable. This unit is in a class by itself: solidly built, cleverly designed to receive the phone easily and positively, and nicely finished. Orion also supports this product very well. This is an excellent way to keep your Tilt 2 (which has not been matched by any current product, so it's a good idea to keep yours healthy; consider the significant functional upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.5 with the free ROM update at h[...]) always charged, synced, and ready to go. I have mine placed so my phone is my desk clock as well.

Works Great, don't second guess urself, the only reason i didn't give it five stars, is because the wire isn't as long i would've wanted it to be.

This product does everything it is supposed to do. At this price point I don't see how it would be possible to receive a better value for the money.

I got two of these. One for home and one for work since the battery life of the Tilt-2 is not enough to make it through the day. The stands work great charging both the phone and a spare battery. If you have a protective case on the phone, however, it won't fit in the stand. There are other HTC phones that use the same chassis, like the Touch Pro 2, that also work in the stand.

When I travel, I take one stand with me and use my Tilt-2 as an alarm clock. The LEDs are so bright they can keep you awake at night, so I put the phone in airplane mode so it won't make noise when junk emails come in and I cover the phone and the stand.
