HORRIBLE experience and such a nightmare with this company! They sent me a box that was way too small for the watch. When I called, they insisted that it was the only box for this watch and it is "suppose be be like that since the watch is so large, the box is not made to close all the way". I do not appreciate being lied to, just send me the right box! Went back and forth with AWFUL customer service representatives, still did not end up with the right box. So frustrated, NEVER EVER again.
