Great little kitchen tool!
This is the perfect torch for use in the kitchen. Small and fits nicely in your hand. Bought it for one purpose and that was to make the delicious crust for my creme brulee. So much easier than having to watch it in the broiler.

Disclosure, Please
I suppose the torch works, but after making the creme brulee and attempting to light it, it would seem there is no lighter fluid/butane in it. Did the advertisement say it was not filled or not included? It said works with lighter fluid. Also said recipe booklet included, NOT. I ended up getting my husband's blowtorch to do the sugar top. How do I know it works or...

How do I know it works or needs fuel without being told...in advance, please. And there is a difference between lighter fluid and butane, so it would be nice to know for sure which it is. Maybe the item is five stars...I just don't know, but the directions and ad were a one star.
