These are a little flimsier than I hoped. When you use them in the oven it is difficult to remove them because they get so flimsy. They are decent for steaming vegetables, just be sure to have two pot-holders on hand because nothing supports it in the middle. I think I am going to go back to my convection steamer, it's not much fun to clean, but it does a better job!

A must for the microwave. I bought 2 of these and use them on a daily basis. Great for cooking from scratch or for warming leftovers. If you love to cook with silicone, as I do, you will enjoy owning this dish. Well worth the money-a bargain!

I am sorry to report that it exploded in the first use. I have a 1000 W microwave and I put a chickeen breast in for 4 min and heard a popping sound. When I took it out, silicone was dripping from one of the handles(in the lower part). It's a good thing I saw it before touching it.

I use this almost everday. Fits just enough vegetables for a single serving. Also, cut several minutes off my cooking time. Cleans up easy. I like it.

Just about anyone can make use of this. It's small, sturdy and apparently indestructible. I suspect that most of its use is for reheating leftovers, but there's no reason not to freeze in it, or to bake with it in the oven. Versatile and destined to become something I reach for often.

We use this steam cooker everyday and it is wonderful. It has especially improved the taste and healthiness of our vegetables. Food cooked in this steamer is comparable to what you get at gourmet restaurants. No surprise that we are eating more vegetables. It also does a great job with fish. We just added some teriyaki sauce to salmon and it was delicious. We cook scrumptious eggplant Parmesan in minutes just by adding marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cooks everything fast and is easy to use and clean. Washes quickly by hand with soapy water.

Cooking times could be spelled out more clearly. However you get used to judging the time quickly through trial and error.

A great product. In fact, I just ordered a second Orka. The 27-once in red cost about the same as we paid for the 20-ounce in blue. At less than $16, the red 27-ounce unit was a bargain and about $10 cheaper than the same size model in other colors!

We never expected it to be this good or for us to use it so often. My wife and would rate this steamer as one of the best purchases we have ever made!
