I use this all the time when I cook! I have non-stick pans so I have to use silicone. This is perfect for pancakes, meat, etc. I love that it's flexible. I've bought a couple other items from the Orka line since because they stand up to the heat, have great color, and work well.

this is a great spatula, but not versatile at all. cannot be used for anything else because it's so wide and short.
