It works!,

I've had a problem with nail-, and sometimes cuticle-, biting for years. The tips of my fingers always looked awful. Someone mentioned this product to me as a possible solution.I apply the product to the nail and I also cover the cuticle. When it dries, it looks flaky, so I use hand lotion and cover my fingers real well. I can't tell anything is on my nails afterwards. I've been using it for the past two weeks and surprisingly, it seems to be working. My nails are growing and they look good. I actually got to clip them with a nail-clipper recently. I've applied it about 4-5 times in the past two weeks. The taste lingers enough that if I forget and I start to bite a nail, the awful taste immediately stops me from the habit. It appears to be working for me. I'm just hoping this breaks my habit completely.

I bought this item to keep my son from sucking on his fingers. It did not affect him, in fact he kept wanting to put it on. Lol.

I have been a nail biter for as long as I can remember (I'm 25) and decided to give this a try. It has absolutely no bitter taste. I'm going to try the Mavala product...the reviews are way better for that.

they changed this product - it used to be very flaky so had to keep reapplying, but it worked while it stayed on. now it stays on, but doesn't have much taste. it is basically like wearing clear nail polish. completely useless.

My 3 year old sucks her thumb and when I applied this product to her thumbnail, it was as if she didn't notice and kept right as sucking her thumb after the product dried.I'm going to give Mavela Stop a try. The ratings are much higher on that product. |
