This ginger paste gives my food great taste. I think it tastes better than ginger root purchased at the store. It's easy to use, I don't have to peel or grate. It also keeps well either stored in the pantry before use or in the fridge afterward. Great product. It saves me time when cooking for my family, saves money and gives my recipies/food that perfect ginger taste.
