5.0 out of 5 stars Not since Bing Crosby and Dean Martin...
I don't know how they did it, but this album took me back to the songs that define a nostalgic Christmas. It has 4 or 5 original tunes (2 that are destined to become Christmas standards). The production on the classic songs will drag you in and have you singing along immediately. It is the best representation I've seen in years of a true Christmas album.

-- Check out...

1.0 out of 5 stars Someone Pinch Me!
This has to be the most amazing CD in the entire world. Not the music mind you, but that fact that it even exists at all. Maybe I should burn an MP3 of this thing and make it available for download on KaZaa. Now THAT would be a reason the buy this "music".

5.0 out of 5 stars Gosh, Mom'n'Dad, is that the Senator singing?, April 13, 2004
By A Customer
Can it ever be _too_ early to stock up on some quality holiday music?

Well, just imagine the glee on the young ones' faces when the warm and cheering voice of the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee comes into their living room, this time actually invited and not in any way surreptitiously.

Definitely recommended for those listeners for whom the King Family were just _too_ get-down fon-ky.

I think it is kind of silly for a US sentor to have a Christmas CD.

This cd has something for everyone. It reminds me of The Andy Williams Christmas cd and never gets old. You'll be singing "Christmas Eve" and "Skatin' with my Baby" in no time at all!
