I have no more back, hip or knee pain like before and am so happy to found the Orthaheel brand.
They work very well for my feet since I have plantar fasciitis and struggle to find shoes with enough arch support.
These mule shoes will be enjoyed with jeans, etc. because of the denim look they provide and are comfortable, also!

(**This shoe would get 5 stars from me if it were leather)

I am a huge fan of Orthaheel, and it is all I have worn since discovering them back in May. I have multiple sets of their sandals, and I have worn them every day this summer. I orginally discovered the product when they were being featured on QVC, and I saw the presentation with the Orthaheel representative. He said that, if you are a 1/2 size, you should size down. This has worked well with the sandals. However, when I ordered the size 8 in this shoe (I normally wear an 8 1/2), my second toe hit the end of the shoe. My big toe is not the longest, my second toe is, so I find that this is a problem with some shoe manufacturers. Anyway, I sent it back and reordered a 9, and it fits perfectly!

This shoe is really cute because it works well with pants and casual dresses. It's a nice alternative to a sandal when I don't want anyone to know that I'm overdue for my pedicure! I love it with capris, and it looks nice enough to wear to work. And, so far, I have found that they are comfortable without socks.

I have a LOT of problems with my feet. I have plantar fascaitis, my feet are flatter than normal, and they pronate badly. They are also slightly wide, but usually not enough to call for a wide shoe. I just have to make sure I have wiggle room in the toe box, and then they are comfortable. For years, I have been on the hunt for the perfect shoe. I used to wear Dansko clogs, but my feet began to hurt because they were too hard. Then I tried Fit Flops, and they were the most comfortable sandal I had worn in some time, but I found that they ultimately did not offer the support I needed, and sometimes my arches would fatigue. Orthaheel is amazing!

I wear clogs all winter, and orthotic insoles would slide out of them. I decided to try the orthotic mules, and am quite pleased with them. When first put on, they felt very hard under foot, and the arch support felt like a giant marble. However, as the shoes warm to your feet and have more "give," they provide excellent support and alignment. The toe box is quite wide, which accommodates winter socks, as well as (alas) bunions. The style is more attractive than some "corrective" shoes; the brown is a cool, dark taupe--not warm chocolate brown. Looks good with jeans. I would prefer leather uppers, but this material seems pretty substantial and is nice looking. For the price, this is a very good item, and I will probably buy another pair.

I know many women love these shoes but I found them wide and I have a wide foot. I am difficult to fit due to various foot issues. The arch would poke into my arch and I think it would take a very long time, if ever for me to get use to these. Like walking on an extremely firm foot bed. Tons of toe room. I couldn't tighten the strap tight enough to ensure they would flip off my foot. Their flip flops where you toes have something to grip may be better. The toe bar on me was not placed under the base of my toes as it should be. I could feel it with the tips of my toes. I think I will give their orthodic a try instead of their shoes. They were pretty cute and appeared to be made well. If you have a wide foot their medium is more like a wide. The heel cup was very deep and I can see how it would properly control your ankle motion.

I have bunions, heel spurs, and plantar fascitis. Up to now, the only shoes that I have found remotely comfortable are Crocs. Now it's great to have something a little bit dressier. But more important, my feet are not in pain all day. These shoes are very comfortable - it just took a few days of wearing them for a few hours at a time to get used to them. Now I can wear them all day and they are a huge relief. I don't want to take them off!

The support just behind the ball of the foot and under the arch helps to correct my over-pronation. As I walk it actually seems to massage the tight spot where the tendon connects, relieving plantar fascitis pain by loosening up the tendon under the foot. My feet even seem less painful in the morning right after I get out of bed. If you are suffering from heel pain, this is the shoe for you. I will definitely be ordering more Orthaheels.

Love the orthaheel construction as it really does help relieve my lower back pain. This was my 3rd pair as I broaden the styles in my wardrobe. This style gets a 2 from me, as the denim color is a super tough fabric, not soft suede or leather. It seems to cut into the top of my foot with each step. I've had other fabric shoes from other vendors with a nice softness built in. Not so with this denim one. And the color started to rub right off the edges after 2-3 wearings showing a pale beige color. AND the printed on foral pattern (not stitched) began to fade as I wore them more and more. the toe box is quite stiff so I feel like the shoes are wearing me. Sorry orthaheel, this one is not a go to for me.

With my plantar fasciitis, I purchased a pair of the Orthaheel sandals at the beginning of summer. Wasn't sure what I was going to do this winter since I have not been able to find another pair of shoes quite as comfortable ~ these shoes are the answer. Love everything about the Orthaheel shoes. Want to get a pair of the athletic shoes next.
