I have had back pain and have not found a product that gives me consistent relief. After wearing this product for over three weeks the constant pain is gone! I wore this for two weeks straight, and it really made a difference in my back pain. It helped me sit up straighter too. I've had lower back pain for about 5 years and thought I'd just gotten used to it - hadn't expected this thing to work, but it did. Wear a thin shirt under it to make it comfortable.
