I obtained excellent results using the OrthOmega Fish Oil. My doctor had me on the very expensive prescription Omega 3, and I couldn't afford enough of it monthly to get results at lowering my Triglyceride level sufficiently. After taking the OrthOmega at 1680/1200 EPA/DHA (6 pills daily) my Triglycerides went from 329 down to 91. Amazon/Brand Vitamin Discounter has a lower price than the doctor's office, and are very quick and reliable.

I purchased this because it is advertised not only as high grade fish oil but as "burp free" (it actually says that on the label). And, it actually is! Most fish oils give you some pretty nasty after effects and it's pretty tough to take this stuff, even though the health benefits are immeasurable. However, OrthOmega really doesn't have a fishy aftertaste and doesn't repeat. And, after just a week, I feel immensely better. Highly recommended!

Be Proud of Who You Are. I have been using this product for over 10 years. I highly recommend it!! It Helped Me thru some very Tough Times in My Life, such as Depression, Peri-Menopause, and NOW (Hopefully!!!) Menopause. The Fish Oil with a good Vitamin B product (to be recommended shortly), as well as a Vitamin C with Rose Hips ... HELPS!
