In feild filled with old text and new ones that just use the same old black and white images this book really stands out. There was so much I did not get or understand until I got this book. I did not miss a single question in oath section of the OTIE after reading this book. It is so easy to read and pictuers are trully amazing. for $200 you get a lot of book. I would get this early in my resdency as PGYIII. You can read it very quickly and take the boards with confidence.

This book is best used as a quick reference for non-neoplastic conditions. I wish it was organized a little differently though.
