Besides this excellent heel insert helps you recover the normal contour muscle tone and systemic function of your plant of the foot. On the other hand the Adjust-A-Lift Heel lift adapts to the height you require making it very versatile and avoiding the necessity of carrying several heel inserts. It is also made of a very resistant and durable material. You can use it while wearing sports shoes and dress shoes. Keep in mind that the Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift is not sold in pairs.This great product has three sizes available:Small - Up to women's size 8Medium - Women's size 8.5 + up to Men'ssize 11Large - Men's size 11 and up. Not returnable once removed from sealed packaging.
