The idea behind this book is great, execution was not. If this book were 300 pages it might be worth reading, but there is nothing here that you cannot learn at Home Depot.If you know nothing about doors and windows, this might be an ok place to learn some basics, but I encountered some issues: 1. many better books out there 2. limited pictures 3. projects shown are uninspired 4. no detail (this book will NOT teach you how to install a door or window , not very well at least) 5. some really bad ideas that you just shouldn't do |
