These are amazingly tasty, rich, and flavorful. They stand up to butter or toppings, but are great on their own.

I wanted to try a different Egg and Onion Matzah than Manischewitz, which we found to be very salty. This Osem Egg N Onion Matzah is crunchy, tasty, not over-salted, and does not break when buttered. Osem also makes another favorite of ours, the Mini Mandels.
