This is a good product that works well and is pretty easy to use. It comes with a convenient cord for hanging around your neck, in case you're going to use it as a stop watch at sporting events.

The size did surprise me when I opened the box. I didn't really expect it to be as large as it is, but that could play either way. The larger size could be bad if you carry a lot of junk in your pockets and expected to put it there, on the other hand though, it is a real advantage if you want a timer that is easy to see and easy to read, even the hundredths of a second.

When I was ordered this product- I was very excited. It had a large screen, easy to carry and had a lot of functions (i.e. lap, split, countdown).
I bought mainly for the countdown feature- to time myself during exercising.

The first couple of weeks were really satisfying. I loved this watch.

Then, one of the days going for the run in the morning, the watch started beeping and showing 88:88. It was so annoying. I could not stop the beeping until I opened the back with a screwdriver and removed the battery.

Needing a countdown watch, later I went to the supermarket in my town and bough TAYLOR kitchenwatch- which has none of the problems above.

I suggest you don't buy this item, because it's made cheap in China ( no offense) - which is not obvious from the picture, but clear when you touch the product.

If you are looking for a countdown watch- go to the nearest supermarket- Walmart,etc. and just buy a kitchen watch.

If you are looking for lap, split timer- buy a better-known brands such as Timex, Accusplit etc.

Timers used for league soccer matches with youth referees. Timers were easy to set and functioned without problems -- good value for price. Only detracting feature is that the time has no clock mode for this mode -- would recommend to any soccer league that needs inexpensive countdown timers.

This is a great, inexpensive stopwatch. I like to have a stopwatch laying around my desk at work for impromptu measurements. Because I work in a cubicle environment, having something like this that isn't valuable enough to steal but still works perfectly is a big plus.

If all you're doing is measuring lap times, I can't see why you'd pay a penny more for anything else.

I like all the features of this product but I did not like one feature which I will discuss later.

I did not like the count down stop mode. It starts from 9:59:59 and there is no way you can choose your own countdown time. I did not like this feature.

I purchased this stopwatch to use while coaching my daughter's soccer team. The countdown timer w/ alarm works great for timing substitution periods during games, and for drills. It's really easy to use, inexpensive. I'm very pleased with the purchase. (Also, since purchasing it, I've noticed my teeth are whiter and my breath is fresher. I'm even growing hair again!)

I just wanted an inexpensive, but water resistant stopwatch for casually working out and get an idea of progress. This one is easy to use and read. I haven't had it long, so I can't speak for it's durability or longevity. I'm guessing if its that important to you, you might want to look for something a bit more expensive. I can't say I think it is shoddy workmanship and doesn't look really cheap. If you're a connoisseur or seriously training for a major event, it might not do the job for you. But for just casual use, I think it's perfectly fine.

I love it when things are simple and work. This stopwatch has three buttons: Start/Stop, Reset, and Set.

I need it to countdown when I am exercising, etc. I just push the right button to start, the right button to stop, the left button to reset, and I am ready to go again. Setting it for the countdown time is just as easy.

The Oslo Silver 2.0 Twin is lightweight but sturdy. It comes with a "lanyard," which is actually just a shoestring. It works, though, which I suppose is what it is all about. It is the right size and shape to hold and operate with one hand.

It also does the typical stopwatch functions, including split laps, etc. I can't comment on those features, since I never use them.

The best part of this stop watch is that it has a count down timer. what that means is you can set it for say 5 minutes and at the end of 5 minutes it will beep. So if you want to do a 5 minute jog or a 5 minute exercise routine, it will beep at the end of it so you know when your time is up. It beeps a few times not just once so you will hear it,

Stupidly bought this because it was [...] cheaper than the Gymboss. Within 6 months, the battery was dead. The manual doesn't explain how to turn it off, so there might not be a power-off feature at all. It's pretty big for a gym timer, and not the most space efficient thing if you're carrying it in your gym shorts, but it'll do. Basic functions (stopwatch, interval timer) are fine and work well. A waste of [...].
