There are several songs on this album that are great! I esp like the lead singers voice (Merrill). I listen to these songs every day. My 13 and 7yr old kids like them too and ask to listen to them all the time.

I bought this as a silly gift for my daughter, who was crazy about the Osmonds when she was in junior high. I played it and they were as good as ever. What a family !

Curb Records is famous for its stingy ten track anthologies, but this probably contains enough Osmonds music for most folks. Jay, Merrill, Wayne, Alan, and breakout brother Donny come across like a white version of the Jackson 5, which is hardly a bad thing, upon re-sampling the energized bubble-soul of ONE BAD APPLE and YO-YO. But it's the horn-vaccinated beat and grittier RNB vocals on DOWN BY THE LAZY RIVER and the hard rock hysteria of CRAZY HORSES that really snatch your breath away. Crank "Horses" at top volume for ANY unitiated music lover you know, and not one in a million will ever guess it's the Osmond Bothers! Overall, this is preferable to any of Donny's own pop singles, with or without sis Marie. So keep this disc mixed in with your Stones and Beatles stuff, and slip it on when your buddies ain't around. Only you and I have to know...

Pop Kulcher Review: I have personally bought over 2000 albums in my life. So it is no minor feat when I say that the Osmond Brothers' "Crazy Horses" album, which I bought at the age of 6 or 7, is the very very worst album I ever bought. Sadly, I melted my vinyl copy long ago, and it's never been issued on cd. However, I am pleased to see that the title track, which is so bad it defies description, is included here. For that reason alone, you should by several copies of this cd to give out to your friends.
