I am no expert but I do my homework when I buy something, my expectations were: Good clarity, good accuracy @ 200 yards and I wanted turret adjustments, but what I got was a lot better quality than expected.

Optics are extremely clear at 16x, accuracy is amazing and unlike others I kept the scope mounts included which only required a little adjustment. I am using a POF P415 AR15 .223 with bi-pod and can shoot consistently 1"-2" groups @100 yards and 3"-4" groups at 200 yards (I of course am only an amateur shooter).

Scope is sturdy, all parts are metal except lens covers, scope rings are straight and stay tight after 100 rounds. Adjustment for zoom is a little hard to turn but not as bad as some scopes I've seen. Reticle is very fine which is un-obtrusive to what you are trying to shoot, the illumination is also excellent at dusk/dawn which is also a must since you cannot see the reticle crosshairs at dusk/dawn.

Overall this is a lot of scope for little money and unlike most things where you get what you pay for this is the exception. I highly recommend this scope and if you were thinking of buying something because it looks cool than this will also be your scope! This scope is large and a little heavy but compared the my last 3-9 X40 the clarity and accuracy is amazing and I love that I can make adjustments easily without taking off the scope caps!

Anyone else with bad reviews may want too look at the gun your shooting with as well, I read a lot of reviews which to me seemed like they may have had other issues.

I ordered this scope approximently 6 months ago and have not received it, nor have they given me a reason that it's delayed. Optics Planet keeps giving me delays and never an explaination. Not sure if the problem is Optics Planet or Osprey, regardless I would avoid ordering from either one.
