When I first received the bag, I've gotta admit I was disappointed. It was bigger than I thought, and it didn't look like it would fit comfortably. It was light, and felt like it might be of poor quality. I'm happy to report, that I was absolutely wrong.

This bag has proven itself INVALUABLE! I bike a lot and this thing effectively sticks to my back. I keep my laptop in it, and it is padded enough such that I don't even feel that it's there. The bag IS light, but very durable. It is big, and I'm thankful for it. I can't believe how much it stores. I go grocery shopping with this thing, and cannot believe how much I can fit in it. Anyway, I'll stop waxing gloriously about the bag now and leave it at this... Buy this bag - you won't regret it.

This case is PERFECT. Absolutely perfect. It has lots of pockets and areas to store things in addition to the laptop. The laptop fits snug and secure within the bag. The strap is comfortable, the top closes securely, and everything stays in place. It even comes with interchangeable straps so you can personalize the bag a bit by changing the colors of the closures. The only complaint I have about this bag is that Osprey makes two types of laptop bags, the flapjack and the flapjane. The flapjane comes in different colors and has embroidery on it for a feminine flare which looks lovely and tasteful, but apparently girls only carry 15" laptops. The flapjack comes in more masculine colors (and has a masculine name) and fits 17" laptops. I am a girl, that likes tasteful feminine details and I use a 17" laptop. Even with the lack of dainty embroidery, this bag is fantastic and perfect for anyone with a 17" macbook pro.

I looked for a long timbe before buying the Osprey courier bag. I needed a replacement for my old and trusted leather briefcase. The flapjack fit the bill. I don't worry that the strap will break or that important documents will be creased by the laptop. The bag is well laid out and very comfortable to carry. I would have liked for the handle to be larger. Great computer bag!

I purchased this bag as a gift for my son-in-law who teaches at the high school level. He was looking for something that would be able to handle a good amount of paper as well as not be too bulky when there were just a few. He also wanted it to be well-made and trendy. He immediately put it to the test and it has already proven to be well worth the money. He no longer is carrying recyclable bags with papers to be graded - everything is in one place. From the clips to the handle to the overall construction of the bag - it's great and I would purchase it again.

Really well-designed bag. I read reviews all over the web before buying, and I am as completely satisfied as other folks have been. My only criticism, and minor at that, is that it's a little too wide. The extra width isn't useful space, it just makes it feel a bit bulky. But, otherwise, it's superb - appears to be very waterproof, my laptop feels very safe, and I love that the contents feel secure even when I forget to snap the buckles on the flap. Nice accessory pockets, and space for a waterbottle on the outside. Most importantly, it's very comfortable (I am often walking with my bag, and it's comfortable even over bulky winter outerwear), a little hip, and still professional looking . . . at least for the demands of a professional life in Vermont!

I received this bag for my birthday, and I absolutely love it! As a bike-riding college student, I wanted a bag that would let me go to campus all day with all the things I need, while still being comfortable. This bag lets me carry my everyday supplies for class, my laptop, water bottle, assorted containers of food, and is still comfortable. I also really like the waist strap, which I use when it's heavily loaded; if it's pretty light, then the strap isn't necessary. I take this shopping, and use it to store my reusable bags inside or in the place of a plastic bag at the checkout. The side pocket on the left side of the bag is really handy for my iPod, cell phone, and little ID carrier, but slightly inconvenient since I sling the bag on my right shoulder, so to get to the pouch I have to twist my right arm a lot. I'm really pleased that after several weeks of throwing my orange bag on the floor/ground/wherever, the dirt isn't showing at all. And for any women thinking of buying this, when wearing a skirt/dress, I don't have the common problem of the bag making it ride-up the side of my leg or any bunching, either.
Overall, I am really happy with this bag and highly recommend it for students and/or biking commuters.

Amazon did not disappoint again. Delivery was right on time and bag is great. Tons of room for your laptop and paper work. I would highly recommend Osprey bags. They are VERY well made and look great. Nice bag for a decent price. Quality bag all the way around. I wish more companies took pride in there craft like Osprey does. Buy this bag. you wont regret it. I upgraded from the Astro bag because I needed more room and this bag fits the bill 100%. Thanks Osprey!!

Even though the bag is bigger than I expected, it's still a good bag. You can use it for be around the town or for traveling. The bag has many pockets and room for a laptop.

I purchased this bag because I needed a computer bag with a little feminine style. I found this to be the perfect bag to transport my computer which I use at home and work. The 15" laptop fits snugly in the padded pocket in the back. The center pocket will fit about 1.5" to 2" thick work files or notebooks. An accessory pocket in front of the main compartment will hold all the little office supplies you wish you had with you and other small necessities. Then there are the two zipper (security) pockets for small change, bills, a wallet and cell phone. The velcro patch will keep the flap closed on most trips, but when you want the additional security, there are two snap clips that ensure the flap stays shut as you walk through a busy environment.

I use this bag every day. When I want to carry less, I use the Flap Jill Mini. I am happy with both the Khaki and Cornflower colors.

The messenger bag answers my needs...I wish there is a hidden pocket somewhere inside the bag that sort of prevent prying hands off my wallet which I usually place in the bag when I am out about town.I would have given this bag a "5" Star instead of stopping at 4 stars..if such a hidden space existed...this is one bag that that deserves "5 1/2 stars". Overall, a good buy.
