For the traveler who enjoys deluxe features, the Meridian provides all. The main compartment is spacious with straps to prevent clothing migration, and a side mesh and side fabric pocket for organization. A large panel zip accesses the main compartment without removing the daypack. Underneath you'll find a full mesh pocket for further organization, padded laptop sleeve, side water bottle pockets and top and backpanel entry.

My wife and I have owned and traveled with many bags throughout the years. Not only do we need to "carry-on" the necessary 'carry-on's' for long flights, but we also take expensive camera gear and a laptop on our travels. First, this bag is actually two bags in one. The back (larger part) perfectly meets the size requirements for a carry on. Then, the top bag meets the size requirements for a 'personal bag.' When rolling through the airport, they can both be easily combined and rolled as one bag. Likewise, they can be backpacked as one bag, OR, they can be backpacked as one bag, OR, the larger bag can be rolled and the front bag can be packbacked. There are compartments everywhere so you can easily organize your stuff. All the zippers and flaps are sewn so that the zippers won't get caught on anything, and, if the bag is sitting out in rain/weather, then everything inside will stay dry and clean. It is also a very rugged bag - made to go the distance-literally. We like this bag soooo much that my wife and I both purchased one for ourselves.

Man this pack was great on my 3 week tour of italy. Was perfect as carry on luggage and carried everything I needed for the trip.
Highly recommend this product for a traveller who doesn't want to take too much "stuff"

This bag is awesome and holds a lot more than I thought. With the new flight regulations, the agents are very strict to make sure you only have one carry on and one personal item. Being a woman, I had the bag, purse and backpack. All I had to do was clip the backpack onto the bag and instantly complied with the rules. Once on the plane, I stuck the roll on in the overhead and the backpack under the seat. It was perfect. The backpack has a nice compartment for your laptop and great elastic water bottle holders so your bottle does not fall out when you tilt the pack. The roll on is very light and fits anywhere. Very durable and reinforced in the bottom areas that usually get worn out. Well worth the money!
