As an avid runner turned triathlete I developed patellar tendonitis in my left knee along with shin splints. After exhausting nearly every resource I decided to try something containing glucosamine and chondroitin and randomly seleced this product. Within 3 days I noticed a difference in the pain level of my knee and my shins were pain-free. With the end of the week I am back to doing some jogging after 2 months of not being able to, with no ill effects! I am amazed! I will continue using this product faithfully and expect great things!

Well, my mother is an arthritis patient and she called to tell me that she was suffering of severe pain on her body and joints. Also, she told me she is tired of taking multiple medications for her condition. I was doing research and comparing products online to see if I could help her. Well, finally I read a very interesting article about Osteo Bi-Flex and it really convinced me. I decided to buy it for her to see if it could help her. Well, she called me in one week and a half telling me that she was feeling a lot better and she was able to move her knees and elbows without having pain. She is very happy and thankful because she found a final solution for her pain at a very affordable price.

I'm only 33 years old, but I've had knee issues ever since a couple of bike accidents as a child that landed me on my knees fairly badly. Combine that with getting older, a lot of high heel use, and the body weight fluctuations of 3 pregnancies. You can see where I'm going with this. It was getting to the point of where I would stand at the top of the stairs and brace myself to take that first painful step down.(If you have knee problems you know exactly what I mean!) I'd had enough and I got a bottle Osteo bi-flex. I cannot believe the difference this procuct has made!! It said guaranteed results in 7 days- but I noticed a difference in just 2. I've been going up and down the steps without even thinking about my knees at all! I feel like the clock has been turned back on my knees. Now if they would only make face creams... lol!

Although only in my early 40's, I have had a terrible stiffness and pain in my left knee. Too active and busy for surgery, I thought I would give these a try. I bought a bottle of 80 of the triple strength and within days of taking them, my pain had eased. After 2 weeks of taking them, I cannot feel any soreness or stiffness in my left knee. My knee feels like it did when I was 20. Very highly recommended!!! They will now be taken as a continued part of my daily routine.

In November of 2006, I was having severe knee pain. It became so excruciating that I could not sleep at night. After a visit to an orthopedic doctor and an MRI, I was told that the cartilage was mostly gone on inner side of my left knee. The doctor told me the only thing he could do for me was to give me an cortisone shot, and after a period of time and series of shots, I would have to consider knee replacement surgery. He also recommended that I start using Osteo Bi-Flex and said that I should give it at least a month or two to start working. I immediately started taking Osteo Bi-Flex. I have to tell you that I was very skeptical about it working for me because very few medicines or supplements help me the way they seem to help some people.

By the middle of January, my knee was starting to bother me again, and I was considering going back to the doctor for another cortisone shot. It wasn't hurting as badly as it was before, but I didn't want it to get to the level of pain again that it had been in November. At the end of January, I called for an appointment with my doctor, but the first available appointment was at the end of February. I just prayed that I could make it till then.

To my surprise, my knee started to feel better about the second week of February. At first I thought it was just a fluke, but it continued to improve every day. I cancelled my appointment that was scheduled for the end of February and have not had to go back since. As the doctor had predicted, it took about 60 days before I felt the first improvement.

It is now June 28, 2007, and my knee is still doing great. I have to be careful not to overdo, but I could not be happier with the results. Back in November, my level of pain was at least a 10, but I never experience more than a 1 or 2 since the Osteo Bi-Flex started working.

Taking Osteo Bi-Flex is the only thing that can explain the improvement in my knee. It acually seems like a miracle product to me, and I strongly recommend it!

I have used 1500 Chrondroitin/1200 Glucosamine for more than ten years. Whenever I have switched to unknown or cheaper brands I have found they just don't work. Unfortunately, for me, results don't evidence themself for about 60 days. Then it is another 60 days until the better product takes effect. Just say no to off-brands. I have also found that I must switch brands every three months for some inexplicable reason. So, I alternate bewteen OsteoBioflex triple strength and Nature's Way every three months. This product has made the difference between being able to continue to play tennis without knee and other joint pain and not playing at all. I can't speak highly enough about the product, particularly since I don't experience any side effects.

Very satisfied with evrey aspect of the transition. Osteo Bi-Flex is a wonderful product that relieves my symptons of OA. I recommend it highly.

The only reason I don't give these supplements 5 stars is because I'm afraid I'm becoming too dependent of them. Someone suggested I start using these for a minor, but nagging ache I had in my knees. For the first 30 days or so there was no difference then, by the second month of use all of the pain disappeared. Keep in mind I was also on a very hardcore diet and exercise regime at the time. I lost about 30 lbs while taking osteo bi-flex (I didn't lose because of the supplement) so I figured the weight loss was taking the strain off my knees and that's why they didn't hurt anymore. So once I reached my goal weight and level of fitness I stopped taking them. Well, within about 3 days my nagging pain came back. This was the proof I needed that it was osteo bi-flex and not the weight loss that was helping the pain. I'm using them again but I fear I'll be taking them for life. I guess that's not such a bad thing as long as there are no long-term side effects.

I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY FINGERS LOCKING UP ON ME. THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN A BLESSING.

I've been using triple-strength for several years. I initially started when I injured a knee. I had already noticed that my knees "creaked" as I went up/down stairs. I also found running or walking longer distances tended to get painful. I started taking the product and soon found my knees feeling much better. I now run several miles a day, my knees are much quieter going when using stairs (I guess some creakiness comes with getting older), and overall, I find I have many fewer instances of joint pain. I used to take Ibuprofin regularly to help with the joint pain. Now, I may take it on rare occasion for muscle pain but never for joint pain.
