I know it's just a toaster, but this thing is awesome! You can dial it in to make perfect toast, even from frozen bread right out of the freezer. It has pushbuttons for toast, bagels, waffles, a frozen setting, a warm setting, and a cancell. The outside stays cool to the touch at all times, and it has easy to remove/install crumb trays. Great toaster, you will not be disapointed.

I have been through many toasters over the years and I would have to say that so far this is the best yet. Read many reviews before I purchased a new toaster and I will say that it looks great and does a great job on toasting bread, bagels, frozen waffles, to Pop Tarts. If you want a great product you won't be sorry.

I have been searching for a 4 slice toaster for several months and ran across this one last week. It had received 5 stars by the other reviewers.It is the best toaster ever. The delivery was prompt. The toaster looks great, is simple to operate and best of all delivers the most evenly toasted bread, waffles or bagels. I highly recommend this product.

My wife bought this thing but threw away the receipt unfortunately. Like already posted, right out of the box the element on one side heats red hot, the other side does not. Burnt on one side, untoasted on the other. This applies to all four slots. After a year's use, the latest--when done the spring is now too weak to pop the toast up, all you get is a click. I always thought Oster made quality products, but this thing is crap. Don't buy one.

I thought this toaster was going to be excellent based on some of the Amazon reviews. How wrong I was. Do not buy this toaster. It will not last and as others have noted only just 1 side will work after a few months.

This toaster looks great. Cleans up nicely. Worked for about 6 weeks before both sides stopped toasting on the inside burner. Now we toast by cooking halfway, flipping our bread/waffles and cooking the other half. Really disappointed as I tried to read all the reviews and get a decent toaster that would last our family of 4 for a couple of years.

This thing is an utter piece of crap. From the very start, only one side ever worked at a time. The settings don't really tell you how dark it's suppose to be. And it cannot account for larger sized bread, not to mention uneven bagels. It smokes and some of the times only one side of the heaters light up. I don't think I've ever seen a shoddier piece of consumer ware.

The only reason it doesn't have zero stars is because I'm forced to put one star.

IT WILL TOAST OK BUT DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH SPRING POWER TO POP UP ANYTHING HEAVER THAN TOAST, POP TARTS,TROSTER STRUDLES OR BEGALS WILL NOT POP UP!!!! THE TOASTER WILL TURN OFF WHEN DONE WITH THE CYCLE AND CLICK OFF AND MOVE UP ABOUT A HALF OF A INCH, IF YOU WERE NOT WATCHING ONE WOULD THINK IT WAS STILL TOASTING!!!
