My kids wanted the magic bullet because they really love to have smoothies for breakfast. I honestly couldn't see spending $60 for something not listing wattage. Instead, I bought my husband a 550 watt oster blender for Christmas. I then purchased two of these cups, one for each kid. They were thrilled and use it often. They can make whatever smoothie they want. Before I only made one pitcher, dirtied that and two cups. Now, after they finish their smoothie, the cup goes right in the dishwasher. There is only one slight problem I found. If you plan to hand wash your cup, you may want to invest in a bottle brush. Sometimes the smoothie will stick to the rounded sides and it has to be physically washed off. I usually just toss them in the dishwasher.

I bought two Blend-N-Go cups so my husband and I could make smoothies, and they worked great the one time we did it. Then we gave up real food and went on a liquid diet, where you mix flavored powder with water. The Blend-N-Go Cup is terrific for this. We blend the powder with water and a few ice cubes, and it makes the drink thick and frothy like a milkshake, which tastes much better. Also, there are different shake formulas for men and women, so I can't just make up one batch for both of us. The Blend-N-Go makes it quick and easy to make two different drinks at once (but only if you buy two of them).

If you work out, or know someone who does this is the perfect cup to get.
I got this for my boyfriend,he drinks protein shakes everyday. He hates washing the big blender jug. So this was perfect, all you do is put protein mix and whatever liquid you use put the blender peice(you must have your own blender) and flip it upside down and blend.

Its perfect for people who take protein shakes on the go to the gym, and dishwasher safe.

I got one for myself, for smoothies in the summer time.

My first thought when I considered buying this for my son who is always mixing protein shakes is "how does it work"--I bought two and absolutely love them--my son uses it several times a week to mix his workout shakes and I use it to try to increase the fruit in my diet by making frozen fruit shakes. The blade for the blender fits on one end while you are mixing and then it is removed and replaced with the travel lid--that is it. The other favorable trait is its sturdiness--it is not made of cheap plastic but instead a very sturdy variety that seems like it will last for years. I am buying my third one to send my son in college!

With this cup I just turned my 20-something-year-old Oster blender into a smoothie machine as well as a snow cone and iced cappuccino machine! Better actually than any of the three because it has much more power and because I don't have to try to get my treat out of the blender, just change the top and go. I'm glad I bought several -- it's gonna be a great summer.

I was looking into buying Magic Bullet for mixing my shakes and did a lot of reading on the internet. It seems like all of them had the same problem with bullet breaking down and the company not honoring warranty if the product was not bought from them directly. I called the company and the sales representative confirmed the fact that they in fact do not honor the warranty if I buy the bullet from some one else, even if the re-seller was an authorized agent/shop. So I was looking for an alternative to magic bullet that would serve the same purpose. This was a perfect replacement. I own two of these and use it regularly to mix shakes and have only one issue with the product. The black top has a rotating lid that is very fragile. I dropped the black lid only once and the top broke. I wish they would make it more sturdy. Also if they add a handle to the product then it would be great as well. Plus if it is available in different sizes then that would be awesome too.

Just a few days ago I saw this blender cup accessory at the store and immediately felt a deep urge to own it. I had to have it! I didn't buy it right away, but I couldn't stop thinking about it. (And hunting for the more colorful versions. But I'm not paying $5 more for a pretty color). So I went back and bought it.

I love it. It is a sturdy double-walled plastic that has a substantial but not overly heavy feel. It's easy to clean, and if the straw is too annoying to clean or gets lost a person could easily just buy a bag of disposable straws to use. I wish I had had this when I was pregnant. I would have made fruit & yogurt smoothies every single day. Instead of every other day, heh.

I agree with a previous poster that it really seems as if the blend is better and easier with this container than with the large container that comes with the blender. My theory is that it's because there are no "corners" that are out of reach of the blades.

(A tip for anyone who ever has a problem with a rubber gasket leaking, try rubbing it lightly with oil. I haven't had this particular problem with this cup, but at one point I had a hard time getting a seal tight enough without resorting to oil).

I bought the cheapest square metal drive shaft blender I could get ages ago: it was an Oster. It runs like a tank despite its affordability. I later added the large chopper attachment to my collection (I like it, but it can be pretty messy sometimes). To sum up this paragraph, I really love Oster. I love their intelligent and sturdy blenders, and their interchangeable parts and accessories.

I bought one jar for my use, and will now order two more. My wife wants one, and we'll have a spare. The jar is sturdy, well engineered, a delight to use. I too wish it were just a bit larger, but 16 oz is satisfactory.

This Blend-N-Go Cup is so easy to use, it's sturdy, the straw is easily washed, and it's the perfect size for a smoothie - not too big, not too small!

To me this is the best way to make a green powder drink or any other powdered drink for that matter. Super fast, works perfectly and very easy to clean. This is one of my favorite things in the world!!!
