The product was described and photographed very nicely, but when received had little faults. The cup holder was not attached and had wood splinters from being pulled off and the plugs for metal pipes were falling out. I was much more excited about the item then what I purchased and saw.

The new 2008-09 model has been completely updated and is also 2.5" longer, has a soft head pillow, bamboo wooden arm rests...and comes in 3 great colors (blue, pink and stripe). Prior reveiws pertain to the old model.
