This book is wonderful! The character, Oswald, is already a favorite. The book has text and pictures if your child wants to help participate in the reading, too. It seems like the theme of sharing is predictable, but an unexpected twist at the end--a snail restaurant--continues to bring giggles each time we read it. My son also brings the book to grandparents to have them read it and he likes to surprise people and have them guess the ending. It's a short read and one I don't mind reading ten times a day by request.
