Comment: This book has already been loved by someone else. It MIGHT have some wear and tear on the edges, have some markings in it, or be an ex-library book. Over-all itâ?TMs still a good book at a great price! (if it is supposed to contain a CD or access code, that may be missing)

After my baby was born, I knew I wanted to save for her college. I read this book and another 529 book. This book was the best. It walked me through the college savings process, explained how to get college financing, and listed all the 529 companies to go with for each state. It decussed tax issues as well. This was an easy read for someone that does not have a clue about 529's (Me).

While this book has some good information it is too old to be relied upon. Things have changed since it was published and you will have to continue doing research to find out what that might be.
