Where's Annja Creed?,

I've read every Annja Creed book before this one and am sorely dissapointed.. I know there are different Author's who write these books, but this Author got it all wrong. Annja isn't shy or boy crazy, she never backs down from a fight and she never lets a man take the lead to protect her. And she never leaves a friend in danger while sitting in a bar drinking a beer. Who was this!! It was so hard to read, I almost put it down on many occasions but forced myself to finish it. This Annja character was so out of character.. I pray the next Creed novels have the original Annja back.

I have bought and read all previous books of this series, and this one really, really sucks the big one. The author most certainly got it wrong.I can't recognize this character or for that matter Roux or Garen as anyone from the previous books in the series. This Anja was a body snatcher from planet Bimbo or something. I kept waiting for Anja to be ANJA, alas, it never happened. Very disappointed.... |
