This product - this actual product - works great! The leg bands stay on. The neck band stays on most horses. They do repel flies. You can even get away with putting just two leg bands on instead of four. DO NOT buy the other brand. It does not have geranium oil in it and the flies just land on the straps. But Defy the Fly does work!

I recently bought Defy the Fly for our horses. I got the smaller size collar and found it large for even the 16.2h gelding. It definitely smells like it would repel flies but he had it off within a few days. I found it ripped, not unsnapped and lying on the ground. This product may work fine if you get a good fit and it stays on. I won't be buying anymore.
