I bought this to reduce the effects of mild acid reflux - it works brilliantly for that. But it's also made for the most comfortable sleeping experience as well. Best thing I've bought in many years.

I ordered this for my sister who suffers from sleep apnea. I had hoped it would have more substance and more incline. The incline is very gentle and not really enough to make any difference. It might be good for a mattress that does not meet the headboard well and a little extra is needed at the top.
